Travel Operators Association of Kerala was formed in 2004  and registered under the Travancore - Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Regiestration Act, 1955.

 

Formation of the association was under the initiative of Mr. Raju P Nair with the support of Mr. P. S. Sukumaran, Mr. K.G. Mohandas and Mr. P D Joseph, whom were made the Hon. Members of the Association during the formation.  Mr. P. J. Johny was elected as the first President and C P Ajith Kumar, Vice President.  Raju P Nair was the Founder Secretary.
